Joined Cellnet in 2007 from Cellnet’s sister company, Landis+Gyr, where she had served as General Counsel responsible for all North American legal issues as well as in various business capacities. Ellie has also represented our shareholder, Bayard since 2005 and was the lead attorney in Bayard’s acquisitions of Hunt Technologies, StatSignal, and Cellnet. Prior to going in-house with Landis+Gyr, Ellie was with Siemens and represented not only the metering business that ultimately became Landis+Gyr but also Siemens Energy & Automation and Siemens Power Transmission & Distribution. Prior to Siemens, Ellie was a litigator with a major law office where she specialized in commercial disputes, mass torts, and environmental coverage. B.A. Emory University, Summa Cum Laude J.D.
