Ms. Marram is President of the Barnegat Group LLC a business advisory firm. From September 2000 through December 2005 Ms. Marram was Managing Director of North Castle Partners LLC a private equity firm. Ms. Marram served as President and CEO of efdex inc. from August 1999 to May 2000. She previously served as President and CEO of Tropicana Beverage Group from September 1997 until November 1998 and had previously served as President of the Group as well as Executive Vice President of The Seagram Company Ltd. and Joseph E. Seagram & Sons Inc. Before joining Seagram in 1993 she served as President and CEO of Nabisco Biscuit Company and Senior Vice President of the Nabisco Foods Group from June 1988 until April 1993. |
