Ellen J. DiStefano was elected in December 2006 to serve as Chief Accounting Officer of RAIT. Ms. DiStefano has served as Chief Financial Officer of RAIT from October 1997 to December 2006. Ms. DiStefano also served as a Vice President of RAIT from October 1997 until December 1998 and has served as Executive Vice President of RAIT since December 1998. From 1992 to August 1997, Mrs. DiStefano was Chief Financial Officer of Brandywine Construction & Management, Inc., a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based national manager and developer of commercial, multifamily residential, office and hotel properties.
