Ellen C. Wolf has been a director of C&D since September 2004. On March 1 2006 Ms. Wolf was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Water an RWE Company and a diversified provider of water services in North America. From December 2003 to February 2006 Ms. Wolf was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of USEC Inc. a supplier of enriched uranium fuel for commercial nuclear power plants. She previously served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Water and of its predecessor American Water Works Inc.
