Ms. DeMarse has served as a director of our company since January 8, 2006. Ms. DeMarse was the Chief Executive Officer and President of Bankrate, Inc. from April 2000 until July 2004. From January 1999 to May 2000 Ms. DeMarse was an Executive Vice President at Hoover's Inc. From October 1998 to January 1999 Ms. DeMarse was President of Newco, a private equity firm. Ms. DeMarse received a degree in History from Wellesley College in 1976 and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1980. |
