Elizabeth Irvin's practice focuses on labor and employment law as well as environmental law. As a labor and employment attorney, she defends clients against a variety of employment claims in state and federal courts as well as before state and federal agencies involving race, gender, religion, and disability discrimination, as well as harassment, and retaliation. Ms. Irvin has successfully defended charges of discrimination in multiple states throughout the country. She also advises clients on general labor matters and health and safety compliance. Ms. Irvin's environmental practice concentrates on providing clients with legal counsel regarding compliance with environmental laws and regulations at the state and federal level.
