Elizabeth S. Acton is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Comerica Incorporated. She also is a member of the corporation's Management Policy Committee and Management Council, as well as the Comerica Bank Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Comerica in April 2002, Mrs. Acton was vice president-treasurer at Ford Motor Company, where she had responsibility for worldwide automotive and financial services treasury activities.
At Comerica, Mrs. Acton oversees Controller, Treasury, Economics, Investor Relations, bank investments and other financial areas, Purchasing and Real Estate, and Corporate Security.
Mrs. Acton holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Minnesota and a masters of business administration from Indiana University.
In January 2006, she became chairperson of Vista Maria, a non-profit organization assisting girls at risk. Ms. Acton also is on the Dean's Advisory Council, Indiana University, Graduate School of Business. |
