Elizabeth Kohler is responsible for federal and state government affairs, legal compliance and litigation management, real estate acquisition and support for business transactions. She has over ten years experience in the wireless industry.
Prior to joining Rural Cellular Corporation in June of 1998, Kohler served as senior director of real estate and regulatory affairs for Atlantic Cellular Company. Before working in the wireless industry, she was an attorney in the litigation group for the law firm of Downs Rachlin & Martin in Burlington, VT. Ms. Kohler graduated cum laude with a B.A. degree from Boston College and received a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, Boston, MA. |
