As a professional services representative, her responsibilities include consulting with legal teams on solutions for automating and managing the discovery process, as well as providing project management for these projects, including overseeing the use of internal and external resources. Currently, Elizabeth provides support to the Business Litigation practice group on numerous projects. Since joining Faegre & Benson in 2001, Elizabeth has contributed to a number of litigation matters with effective management of extensive volumes of hardcopy and electronic discovery and by providing trial preparation support. Recently, she has also begun serving as the Client Technology Services liaison for the National Discovery Counsel relationship with a Fortune 500 client. Within Client Technology Services, she assists in developing best practices for case management as well as evaluating processes and technologies to support client objectives. Elizabeth graduated from Lawrence University with a B.A. in anthropology and religious studies. She is also an active member of the Minnesota Association of Litigation Support Managers. |
