A director of the Company since September, 2001 and past Chairman of the Board of the Company from January 2003 until April 2006. She was also Chief Financial Officer of the Company from September 2003 until May 2006, and Corporate Secretary from November 2003 until May 2006. She is resident in Ontario, Canada, and a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. Ms. Kirkwood was the President and CEO of First Nickel Inc. (November 2003 to June 2006). She is also a director of Everbright Capital Corporation (since June 2005). She has been a past director of Canadian Shield Resources Inc.
