Elizabeth DiMichele represents employers in connection with employment-related issues, including discrimination and compensation claims, before state and federal courts, arbitration panels, and local, state and federal fair employment agencies. She advises in-house counsel and human resources personnel with respect to issues involving compliance with local, state and federal laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
