Elizabeth E. Reed, J.D. has served as our Senior Director, Legal Affairs and Secretary since December 2002, as our Director of Legal Affairs and Secretary from January 2002 through December 2002 and as our Director of Legal Affairs from October 2001 through January 2002. Prior to joining us, Ms. Reed was associated with the law firm of Cooley Godward LLP from 1998 to 2001. Prior to Cooley Godward, Ms. Reed was associated with the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP. Ms. Reed is a member of the State Bar of California and received her B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and holds a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. |
