Liz Stock is a member of the Bricker & Eckler LLP employment and labor group with a practice emphasizing employment-related disputes and litigation, including allegations of race, gender, national origin, age, disability, pregnancy, sexual orientation and/or political discrimination or harassment, intentional torts, assault, battery, breach of contract or implied contract under federal and state law.
She advises clients on labor and employment issues, including issues arising under ADA, ADEA, OWBPA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Employee Polygraph Act, USERRA, NLRA and others. She is experienced in drafting employment agreements, separation agreements, independent contractor agreements, releases, non-compete/non-solicitation agreements, and employee handbooks, policies and procedures.

Represents employers in federal and state courts in employment related litigation, including matters involving alleged violations of state and federal anti-discrimination and wage and hour laws and before the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
Mediates and negotiates settlements of claims against employers

Advises clients on day-to-day employment issues
