Ms. Fetter has been a director of the Company since October 2002. Prior to that, she was a director of Datum Inc., which was acquired by the Company in October 2002. Currently, Ms. Fetter is President and Chief Executive Officer of Jacent Technologies, a leader in order automation for the restaurant industry. She was President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of QRS Corporation from October 2001 through November 2004, when QRS was sold to Inovis. Ms. Fetter served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of NorthPoint Communications from March 2000 to April 2001, after serving as a director since January 2000 and as President and Chief Operating Officer from March 1999 to March 2000. She previously was an officer at U.S. West and Pacific Bell/SBC. Ms. Fetter is a board member of Quantum Corporation and serves on the Board of Alliant International University and Junior Achievement of The Bay Area. |
