Eliza Hermann has been a Director of the Company since January 2003, and is currently chairperson of the Company’s Compensation and Human Resources Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee. Since 1985 she has been employed by BP plc where she has served as its Vice President Human Resources Strategy & Planning and previously served as its Manager, Strategy and Business Transformation Global Aromatics. During the late 1990's she was integrally involved in the merger of British Petroleum and Amoco Corporation, participating in the organization design and cultural integration of the two companies. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social & Behavioral Sciences from the Johns Hopkins University, and her MBA degree from Indiana University. Eliza resides in London, England. |
