Mrs. Seretti-Pierson is a manager in the Tax and Financial Planning Services department at Fitzgerald, Snyder & Co., P.C. Mrs. Seretti-Pierson has over 15 years of accounting experience in both the private and public sectors. She has provided tax services and consultation to numerous clients which include hi-tech and emerging growth companies, closely-held businesses, construction, real estate developers, personal service providers, and not for profit organizations. Prior experience includes being a controller at mid-size companies in the software development and engineering areas.
During her career Mrs. Seretti-Pierson has been involved in tax engagements related to the acquisition and disposition of multi-million dollar closely-held companies, transfers of ownership in closely-held companies, formation of new business entities, implementation, administration and termination of retirement plans.
At Fitzgerald, Snyder & Co., P.C., Mrs. Seretti-Pierson is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the tax department and has primary service responsibility for clients in the real estate, telecommunications, and professional services industries. She has extensive experience in research of complicated tax issues
Mrs. Seretti-Pierson received her BA from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota; and in 1997 concurrently received her MBA from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia and MST from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
