Laguna Beach, CA & Canada. President, Westerlund Strayer Assoc. Einar has been a senior consultant with Strayer Consulting since the company's inception, assisting in training, coaching, and organizational development in several dozen organizations from start-ups and early stage growth companies through Strayer's largest multi-national clients. In this capacity, he's represented the practice in numerous client projects across the globe. He began his career with the General Electric Company following his graduation from Yale University following studies in English and Psychology. From there he progressed to an executive position with the A.C.Nielsen market research organization, before co-founding a successful training company which he led for nearly 20 years. He then became an independent OD consultant, later joining Strayer Consulting. Based in Southern California, and also continuing work internationally, he continues to serve as Director of Special Projects at the Centre for Business Venturing, part of the Queen's University School of Business in Canada.
