Experience:
Eileen M. Candia concentrates her practice in the area of structured finance. She is experienced in representing issuers and investment banks in a variety of securitization and other structured finance transactions. She has represented clients in private and public asset-backed securities offerings, commercial paper funded facilities and other forms of financing involving a wide variety of assets.
Eileen joined Mayer Brown's Chicago office in 2004 after being associated for three years with a major Philadelphia law firm.
