Mr. Gost is Director of Investments, Mergers, and Acquisitions for Tri-Valley Corporation, and is head of Tri-Valley's marketing division. He is also implementing new ways to supply heating and electricity to Tri-Valley’s oil and gas production facilities through the use of solar and wind power. Mr. Gost has approximately 10 years of operations experience in the fields of law, finance, sales & acquisitions, marketing, and human resources. His key strengths are in the areas of financial analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, communications, negotiating, deal structuring, contracts, and conflict-resolution. Mr. Gost has a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, a B.S. in Business from Fresno State, and current progress toward an Executive Education Degree from the Wharton School of Business. He is a licensed financial advisor (Series 7, 63, 65, and 31), and possesses a State of California Real Estate license and a State of California Insurance license.
