Edwin L. Lewis, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, joins GT Solar Incorporated with over thirty-five years of management and legal experience as general counsel with technology-based manufacturing companies. Most recently, Mr. Lewis was Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Photronics, Inc., (NASDAQ: PLAB), a leading manufacturer of photomasks for the semiconductor and flat panel display industries, and previously held a similar position at American Science and Engineering, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASEI), an international manufacturer of X-ray detection systems for protection of ports, borders and high security government facilities. Mr. Lewis is a member of the Legal Advisory Board of the National Federation of Independent Business Legal Foundation in Washington, D.C. and holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Temple University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in international affairs from Lafayette College. |
