Mr. Gillis served as Senior Vice President of Administration and Integration of Symantec Corporation from December 2005 to July 2005, following the July 2005 merger of Veritas Software Corporation and Symantec Corporation. Prior to that time, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Veritas Software Corporation from November 2002 to June 2005. He served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Parametric Technology Corporation from September 1995 to November 2002. From June 1991 to September 1995, Mr. Gillis served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lotus Development Corporation. From 1976 to June 1991, Mr. Gillis served as a Certified Public Accountant and a partner at Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P. He currently serves on the boards of two private companies, Endeca Technologies, Inc. and EqualLogic, Inc. Mr. Gillis has been a director of Teradyne, Inc. since October 2006. |
