In over twenty-five years of practice, he has led numerous transactions in the United States, Latin America and Asia. These transactions have included the development, acquisition and financing of generation assets, transmission lines, gas pipelines, petrochemical plants, offshore oil rigs, telecommunications infrastructure, water and waste facilities and toll roads.
