Mr. Chen serves as Office Manager for the Acquisitions Team as well as Executive Assistant to Mr. Dickerman, President of Madison International Realty. Mr. Chen is active in providing strategic insight into the growth and development of Madison’s internal operational structure. He oversees vendor relationships, coordination of daily operations, and implementation of solutions.
