Edward W. Moore was elected vice president, general counsel and secretary in January 2007. Previously, Mr. Moore was a partner at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP and co-chair of the firm’s Securities and Capital Markets Group. He comes to RPM with 25 years of experience in representing issuers and underwriters in securities offerings, and buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Moore is a leader in a ministry called Kids Church which provides a weekly church service to children on the near west side of Cleveland. He is also a Director of Key Ministry Foundation, which equips churches to include children with hidden disabilities in the life of the church.
Mr. Moore received his B.A. from Miami University (Ohio) and J.D. from Case Western Reserve University where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Law Review. He and his wife, Kimberley, have three grown children and live in Bay Village, Ohio. |
