Edward S. Radzely

Mr. Radzely's practice is devoted primarily to real estate and real estate related areas, including: acquisition and sales; mortgage financing; land development; leasing; institutional lender representation; tax free exchanges; and title analysis.
Mr. Radzely represents clients in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of all types of commercial real estate including vacant land, office buildings, warehouses and shopping centers. He structures joint venture agreements with institutional lenders, negotiates and closes mortgage commitments for all types of commercial loans, including land loans, land and development loans, leasehold mortgage loans, construction loans and permanent financing. He also counsels clients on tax free exchanges of real property (also known as a 1031 exchange).
He represents developers before municipal, county and state agencies to secure approvals necessary to develop office buildings, warehouses and shopping centers. Mr. Radzely also prepares and negotiates leases for office buildings, shopping centers and warehouses from both the landlord's and tenant's perspective.
Mr. Radzely counsels major institutional and private lenders in connection with construction and permanent loans, including preparation of mortgage commitments and all necessary loan documentation. He analyzes complex real estate titles to determine the nature and priority of interests and represents a major title insurance company in connection with matters relating to title defense work.
Mr. Radzely has been in-house counsel for a major institutional lender in their joint venture as well as mortgage division and general counsel to a major mortgage banker. Prior to joining the firm, he headed the real estate practice area of another major New Jersey law firm.
