Mr. Ulloa is an experienced trial attorney whose practice involves the defense of asbestos and toxic tort litigation on behalf of manufacturers of pumps and gaskets, automotive friction products, construction materials and insulation. He is a former felony Deputy District Attorney who has served as lead counsel in over 40 jury trials. Mr. Ulloa also has extensive experience in products liability litigation on behalf of major automobile manufacturers involving design and performance of roof structure, air bag, door latch and seat assemblies and public entity defense in government tort litigation and federal civil rights actions. Mr. Ulloa’s expertise includes the formulation of pretrial case strategies and discovery plans, taking and defending of depositions, selection and retention of experts, and the writing and arguing of pretrial motions, including dispositive motions. |
