Edward Philip Smoot became a member of our board of directors in December 2006, and serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
From June 2000 to January 2005, Mr. Smoot served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Anacomp Inc. From May 1981 to January 2000, Mr. Smoot served in several executive positions at Nelco International including Nelco's president and CEO from 1993 to 2000. |
