Edward P. O'Sullivan II became CFO of Yulex in 2004 bringing over 20 years of strategic financial and operational management experience with growing technology and life science companies. A former CFO and a founding member of Nextec Applications, Inc., an advanced materials company with global operations, he oversaw its financial, administrative and manufacturing operations worldwide. O'Sullivan has also served in executive positions overseeing the finances and manufacturing operations of Newpoint Corporation, a subsidiary of Proxima Corporation that manufactures computer peripherals and LCD panels; Fluid Systems Corporation, a subsidiary of Allied-Signal, Inc.; and Electron Inc., a manufacturer of automated revenue control and collection systems. O'Sullivan currently serves on the Board of Directors for JMAR Technologies, Inc. and the University of San Diego, School of Business Alumni Association. His past board service includes Nextec Applications, Pte Ltd., a Singapore company; Consultant Locator.com, an Internet services company; and Fluid Systems Ltd., a United Kingdom company. Ed received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California San Diego, Revelle College and a Masters of Business Administration degree, from the University of San Diego. |
