Mr. Williams joined the Company in 1993 as a senior vice president responsible for finance, pricing, purchasing, and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) compliance. In 1994, his responsibilities were expanded to include accounting and business development. In 1996, Williams was appointed to manage the company’s networking business unit. In 2000, his responsibilities were expanded to include management of the company’s operations. Williams was named executive vice president and COO in 2003 and interim CFO in October 2003. He stepped down as interim CFO of the company in January 2005. Prior to joining the company, Williams was the CFO for Centel Federal Systems and M/A.com Information Systems, both of which are U.S. government contractors. Mr. Williams has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland. |
