Ed Gallup was a founder of the Company in 1982 and was Chairman of the Board of Directors until his recent retirement. Mr. Gallup retired as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board in September 2006 after serving almost continually since the Company's founding. Mr. Gallup is a 35-year industry veteran previously serving as Vice President and General Manager of the Biological Corporation of America and as President of Clinical Services, Inc.
Mr. Gallup was recently appointed as Chairman, Emeritus and will continue to serve as a consultant for the Company. |
