Edward (Ed) Gettings is Senior Vice President of Operations at UnicornHRO. He is responsible for the development and advancement of UnicornHRO’s Geneva benefits, payroll processing and human resources (HR) services solutions as well as the overseer of the company’s Client Services Center based in Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina. Ed joined UnicornHRO in 2002 with nearly 25 years of human resources management and operations experience. During this time, he held several senior management positions that entailed the selection, design, implementation and management of numerous strategic business processes and integrated human resources information system (HRIS) programs. Prior to UnicornHRO, Ed served as Executive Vice President at Infocus Employee Services, Inc. in Parsippany, New Jersey. For five years, he supervised the company’s efforts directly related to the outsourcing of client human resources data, benefits, compensation and payroll services. In addition, Ed also managed the maintenance and upgrade of Infocus’s internal controls and technology infrastructure, while coordinating customer solutions that improved the delivery of human resources services and accuracy of data collections. Ed holds a bachelor’s degree in labor management from Pace University located in New York, New York and attended the M.B.A. Executive Management Program at St. John’s University in New York, New York. He is also a member of WorldatWork, the International Human Resource Information Systems Management (IHRIM) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). |
