ATS Corporation Chairman and CEO Dr. Edward H. Bersoff has nearly 20 years of experience as founding CEO of a public (NASDAQ) technology company (company sold in 2001). He served as corporate director of three NASDAQ companies and one NYSE company and corporate director of several private companies in the technology service manufacturing publishing and financial sectors. Past positions include chair of corporate audit committees and member of corporate governance committees managing director of an investment bank registered broker/dealer national chair of the American Electronics Association and the Professional Services Council and board member of several other associations and nonprofit organizations.
Dr. Bersoff currently is a Member of the Board of Trustees of New York University Chair of the Board of Visitors of Virginia Commonwealth University and a Distinguished Professor at George Mason University's School of Information Technology and Engineering and School of Management (joint appointment). He received an A.B. M.S. and Ph.D. in mathematics from New York University and is a graduate of the Owner/President's Management Program at Harvard Business School. |
