Mr. Olifer's primary areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting compliance and corporate governance matters. He counsels public and private companies and individuals in numerous business combination and capital markets transactions, asset sale transactions and public and private offerings of debt, equity and trust preferred securities.
Mr. Olifer has also represented clients in Federal and Virginia Courts, and in arbitration, on a wide variety of corporate and securities law matters. Mr. Olifer draws upon this litigation background to offer clients a proactive approach to addressing legal and business issues.
