Edward E. Cohen has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Resource America since 1990. Form 1990 until 2004, he served as Chief Executive Officer. He was President of Resource America from 2000 until 2003. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atlas America since 1998, and currently serves as President and CEO. He also serves as Chairman and CEO of Atlas Pipeline Partners GP, LLC.
