Former Chief Executive Officer NOVA Information Systems
Edward Grzedzinski, age 51, served as the Chief Executive Officer of NOVA Information Systems from 1993, and Vice Chairman of US Bancorp from November 2001 to 2004. Mr. Grzedzinski has 20 years of experience in the electronic payments industry and was a co-founder of NOVA Information Systems in 1991. Mr. Grzedzinski served as a member of the Managing Committee of US Bancorp, and was a member of the Board of Directors of US Bank, N.A. Mr. Grzedzinski also served as Chairman of euroConex Technologies, Limited, a European payment processor owned by US Bancorp until November 2004 and was a member of the Board of Directors of Indus International, a global provider of enterprise asset management products and services until April 2005.
