Mr. Diller has been an attorney in the Business and Finance Department at the law firm of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP since 1976, and a partner since 1984. He is the Partner-in-Charge of the Cincinnati office and is also a member of the firm’s Executive, Development and Diversity Committees. Mr. Diller practices primarily in the areas of real estate, health care and general corporate law. After receiving his undergraduate degree from BlufftonUniversity, he attended the University of Oregon and later received his law degree from Harvard Law School. He is currently a Director of Messer, Inc. and Messer Construction Company and serves as a member and vice-chair of the Mennonite Education Agency, Moderator-Elect of the Mennonite Church USA, as a member of the Boards of Trustees of Cincinnati Museum Center (and the chair of its Governance Committee), Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati and the Dan Beard Council, Boy Scouts of America (and previously served as chair of the Dan Beard Council). Mr. Diller also serves on the Advisory Boards of the Center for Holocaust Education and Deloitte & Touche Cincinnati Office Women’s Initiative. He recently completed many years of service with Family Service of the Cincinnati area, where he chaired both the operating board and the Family Service Foundation board. In 2002, Mr. Diller received an Honorary Doctorate Degree from his alma mater, BlufftonUniversity, after completing twenty-two years on the university’s Board of Trustees, eleven of those years as chair. Mr. Diller has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 1987 and has been included among the 100 Ohio Super Lawyers listings jointly developed by the publishers of Cincinnati Magazine and Law & Politics magazine. He also is listed in Chambers USA, 2006 edition. In 2006, Mr. Diller was awarded the Silver Beaver Award by the Dan Beard Council/Boy Scouts of America.
