Edward C. Mintzer, Jr. is a Partner of the Firm, focusing his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, catastrophic civil litigation and insurance coverage. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate, Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, an agency accredited by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is also a Judge Pro Tem and Mediator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and is rated AV, the highest attorney rating by Martindale-Hubble. Mr. Mintzer received his Bachelor of Arts from St. Charles Borromeo College, a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Villanova University and his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
