Edward Hutcheson is a private investor and consultant. Since February 2000, Mr. Hutcheson has been involved in private investment activities and has provided consulting services to private companies seeking capital. He is a Director of Crown Castle International Corp. (wireless communications). From March 1997 until February 2000, he served in several capacities, including Chief Operating Officer, with Sanders Morris Harris Group (financial services company) and its predecessor private companies. From November 1994 to March 1997, he served as Chief Executive Officer or Chairman of the Board of Crown Castle International Corp., which he co-founded. From 1987 through 1993, Mr. Hutcheson served in senior management roles with Baroid Corporation (petroleum services), and was President and Chief Operating Officer from 1990 to 1993.
