Mr. Edward Faulkner, Group Vice President of the company’s Defense Integrated Solutions Group, is responsible for driving business development opportunities within the U.S. Department of Defense. He has more than 20 years of management experience in the federal contracting and information technology industries.
Previously, Mr. Faulkner was the vice president and technical director for Apogen’s contract with the SPAWAR Information Technology Center (SITC) in New Orleans. In this role, he was responsible for technical and project management oversight of all contract activities in support of the SITC. During this time period, Faulkner was also the acting program manager for the Sea Warrior and N1 Migration Program.
Prior to joining Apogen, Mr. Faulkner was the managing consultant for the Air Force and DOD agencies group at Microsoft. He was also employed by SAIC as a corporate vice president responsible for the Next Generation Information Network division. In these positions, he was responsible for developing and delivering information and networking technologies to a range of federal government customers.
Before joining SAIC, Mr. Faulker spent 15 years at Boeing Company working with its Information Service subsidiary. He was responsible for the technical management of the $1.8 billion Reserve Component Automation System (RCAS) program, development and deployment of the NASA network management information systems, and support of the Energy Department’s Hanford computing complex.
Mr. Faulkner holds a B.A. from Western Washington University and an M.B.A. from George Mason University. He also earned a certificate for International Technology and Industry from Oxford College, England. |
