Edward C. Coppola has been a member of the Board of Directors of Macerich since 1994 and was previously employed by and a partner of Macerich from 1978 to 1994. In addition to his role as a director Mr. Coppola is Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer of Macerich. He is responsible for directing the Company's acquisition activity and establishing the Company's strategic direction. He is also actively involved in the Company's capital market activities and in developing and maintaining relationships with joint venture partners and department stores. Mr. Coppola represents Macerich as a frequent speaker and panelist at industry functions. Coppola holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctorate from Drake University. |
