C. Edward Cather III joined Moffatt Thomas as an associate attorney in our Idaho Falls office. Mr. Cather’s practice at Moffatt Thomas focuses primarily on the areas of estate planning and business law, although he has extensive experience in many other areas including tax, corporate, M&A, ERISA, employment and real estate. Prior to joining Moffatt Thomas, Mr. Cather worked with other Idaho law firms. In addition to his law firm experience, he worked at Ernst and Young in Virginia as a Senior Consultant. Mr. Cather is currently serving as the President of the Pocatello Estate Planning Council.Mr. Cather graduated from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Management with a Masters of Accountancy and B.S. in Accounting. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. Mr. Cather is admitted to the Idaho and Virginia State Bars. Mr. Cather is licensed in Idaho as a Certified Public Accountant. |
