Practice
Mr. Kotite has over eighteen years of experience in transactional real estate law. His practice is concentrated in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and refinancing of commercial real property (office buildings, shopping centers, multi-family dwellings and hotels) on behalf of institutional and individual investors (both domestic and foreign), developers and lenders. His practice also includes restructuring of problem loans, workouts and foreclosures, structuring and formation of real estate joint ventures, partnerships and other investment vehicles and leasing transactions on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
