Eduardo Minardi
President of Bridgestone Firestone Latin American Tire Operations (BFLA)
and Executive Vice President of Bridgestone Americas Holding, Inc. (BSAH)
As President of Bridgestone Firestone Latin American Tire Operations, Eduardo Minardi is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations throughout the region, which include six manufacturing facilities and sales subsidiaries along the region.
Minardi joined Bridgestone Firestone Argentina, S.A.I.C. in 1989 as Product Manager. He was also Manager of Sales and Marketing Director in Argentina and ultimately worked his way up to President of Bridgestone Firestone Argentina, S.A.I.C. in 2001.
In 2002 he was named President of Bridgestone Firestone de México, S.A. de C.V. and assumed his current positions of Executive Vice President, Bridgestone Americas Holding, Inc., and President, Bridgestone Firestone Latin American Tire Operations, in 2007.
Minardi serves on boards of Bridgestone Americas Holding, Inc., Bridgestone Firestone de México, S.A. de C.V. and Bridgestone Neumáticos de Monterrey, S.A. de C.V.
Minardi graduated from Buenos Aires University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and completed the CEO Management Program at Northwestern University.
Before joining Bridgestone Firestone, Eduardo Minardi worked in the Banking Industry in organizational and strategic consultancy and served as professor of economics at the Universidad de Lomas de Zamora (U.N.L.Z) Argentina. |
