Mr. Luna has been Executive Vice President of Wheaton since June 2002 Executive Vice President of Goldcorp since March 2005 and President of Luismin (which was formed upon the amalgamation of Wheaton de Mexico S.A. de C.V. and Minas Luismin S.A. de C.V. in December 2002) since 1991. He holds a degree in Advanced Management from Harvard University an MBA from Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Universidad de Guanajuato. He held various executive positions with Minera Autlan for seven years and with Industrias Peñoles for five years. He is currently the President of the Mexican Mining Chamber and former President of the Silver Institute. He serves as Chairman of Advisory Board of the Faculty of Mines at the University of Guanajuato as well as member of the Board of the International Council on Metals and the Environment and Board Member of CRM. |
