Eduardo Aviles is an associate in the Public Finance Department. Mr. Aviles participated in the Firm's summer associate program in 2003, and joined Chapman and Cutler LLP in 2004. His public finance practice includes acting as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and disclosure counsel in governmental use and private activity bond financings. Mr. Aviles governmental use finance experience includes financings for cities, villages, townships, park districts, school districts, state universities and various other units of local government. His private activity bond finance experience includes financings in several states for exempt facility projects (airports, sewage facilities, solid waste disposal facilities and pollution control facilities), industrial development revenue bond financings and 501(c)(3) financings for educational and cultural institutions. |
