Mr. Arias co-founded the Company and served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing from April 1989 until September 1991 when he was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales. He was promoted to his current position, Senior Vice President, International Sales and Business Development in January 2002. Prior to co-founding the Company, Mr. Arias held various positions, including Director of Marketing and Sales, Medical Group and Director of International Operations, at Coherent, Inc. |
