Mr. Duffy is a Shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck's Albuquerque office, where he practices in the Public Finance and Corporate & Business groups. His practice is focused in the areas of industrial revenue bonds, municipal bonds and other economic development incentives, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate work. His experience includes serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, company counsel and issuer’s counsel in a variety of public finance transactions, including project revenue and tax revenue bonds. In the area of corporate and securities law, he represents private and public companies in connection with securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters. |
