Edmund Ludwig is Optelecom-NKF's Chairman president and CEO. He has been part of the Optelecom-NKF team since 1974 and has led the Company since 2001. He has served on the Company's board of directors since 1980 and has been its Chairman since April 2003. Mr. Ludwig has directed or been involved with the development of the Company's core technologies since 1978. Prior to joining Optelecom-NKF Mr. Ludwig served in positions of increasing responsibility with IBM Corporation culminating in the position of manager for the development of manufacturing processes for aerospace guidance computers and semiconductor laser systems.
