Mr. Edmund B. Cronin, Jr. is Chairman of the Board of Trustees and past Chief Executive Officer from 1994 to 2007. Prior to joining WRIT, Mr. Cronin was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Smithy Companies and its subsidiaries in real estate finance, management and investments. Mr. Cronin is a Director and Chairman of the Board of Georgetown University Hospital. He is a member of the Board of the National Maritime Heritage Foundation as well as a member of the Federal City Council and the Economic Club of Washington. |
