Edmund A. Knolle executive vice president Edmund Knolle is a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Falcon Gas Storage Company, Inc. Mr. Knolle also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of MoBay Storage Hub LLC and is responsible for managing the evaluation, permitting, design and marketing of the MoBay Storage Hub project. Prior to assuming responsibility for MoBay, Mr. Knolle served as Chief Operating Officer of Falcon from 2003 to 2006. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Knolle was responsible for managing the Company's Greyhawk Gas Storage joint venture and its development of the Wyckoff Gas Storage project in New York. Prior to the founding of Falcon in 2000, he was a Business Development Manager with Inventory Management and Distribution Company, Inc. in Houston, Texas. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Knolle was a senior associate with the private equity investment firm of Sandefer Capital Partners, L.P. in Austin, Texas where he evaluated and structured investments involving the exploration, production, storage and transportation of oil, natural gas and petroleum products. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Knolle practiced law as a civil trial attorney in Houston, Texas. Mr. Knolle earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996, a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston School of Law in 1992 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988. |
